He is licensed in AL, FL, IA, KS, KY, MN, SC, TN, TX and OK. Ryan has 8+ years of experience in the mortgage industry and has had the privilege of helping hundreds of families in purchasing their first home. Ryan is also an amateur baseball player, author, entrepreneur and podcast host. Ryan has been coached and mentored by some of the best mortgage lenders in the business. These coaches and mentors have helped Ryan grow his mortgage business to the level it is at today. Ryan currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife Carrie, who runs a successful pet-care business.
